Sebastian Georgescu has been a research associate at TH OWL since June 2026, focusing on the economic evaluation and practical implementation of circular construction methods.

Professional Experience

After completing his studies, Sebastian Georgescu worked at various architecture firms, where he specialized in circular construction, environmental life-cycle assessment, and life-cycle costing. Since October 2025, he has been the founder of bureau32, a planning and consulting studio for circular solutions in office interior construction.
