Before moving to the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (TH OWL) in January 2019, Dania Held worked as a commercial employee in the area of customs processing, shipping and logistics in a medium-sized digital printing company. Held is now working as an assistant in the power electronics department at TH OWL.

After finishing school, Held completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk.
