Since June 2025, David has been serving as an academic staff member in the executive office of the Future Energy - Institute for Energy Research (iFE). Previously, he was a doctoral researcher at Bielefeld University and a member of the DFG Research Training Group 2073, “Integrating Ethics and Epistemology of Scientific Research.” Before pursuing his interdisciplinary master’s degree in History, Economics, and Philosophy of Science, he was responsible for managing a business division at the Münsteraner Finne GmbH for two years.
