Tobias Müller

Research focus

On the research side, Tobias Müller is primarily working on power electronics and communication for bidirectional charging of vehicles in industrial V2G applications. This is part of the ‘DCI4CHARGE’ research project. Previously, he researched innovative manufacturing methods in 3D electronics, optimisation strategies for high-level drilling tools and supported physics teaching at the TH OWL in the ‘PIA - Physics is awesome’ project.

Professional career

During his bachelor's degree, Müller was employed as a research assistant in the power electronics and electrical drives working group at the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (TH OWL). He has been working as a research assistant in this department since 2015.

Academic education

After completing his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / automation technology in 2014, Müller began his master's degree in mechatronic systems at the then TH OWL, which he successfully completed in 2018.
