DC=IN 2025 Paper submission

Key information:

• Presentation languages: English, German (with English Live-Subtitles)
• Full paper submission: 15 August 2025

Templates 

All templates can be found in the in the ‘File attachments’ section below. 
 

• Full-paper
  The Word and LaTeX templates have been updated to better match each other.
   
• DC=IN2025 Logo 
  Please use the provided DC=IN2025 Logo on your poster and presentation (first slide). Its uploaded in a .zip-file due to website-limitations.
   

• Presentation 
  PowerPoint templates in 16:9 and 4:3 formats have been added. Although all projectors are native 16:9, 4:3 presentations with a correspondingly smaller image still work without any problems. It is up to the speaker/author which one you prefer. 
  Both templates include a title slide with some design rules, in particular a ‘keep out area’ for subtitles, if these are required during the session. After the uniform title slide, the presenter can continue with the design of their company/institute, as long as the reserved area is respected. 

  Important note: For technical reasons, it will not be possible to give presentations using your own laptop. Therefore, if possible, please send us your presentation in .pdf or .pptx format before the conference. In addition, you can also bring it with you on a USB stick on the day of the presentation or send it to us at least 30 minutes before the start of the presentation if your IT security prevents the use of USB sticks.

   

• Poster 
  A template with design rules and tips in the appropriate format (DIN A0, max. 2 pages, single-sided) has been added. A uniform template for all posters is not intended and will therefore not be provided. For reference purposes, a best practice example from a previous publication by the iFE is attached. 
  Important note: Remember to bring your poster with you to the conference, as we do not have the option of printing it on site.
