Professional career
Janick Schrader worked as a development engineer in plant construction for several years after completing his studies. There, he was involved in the further development of normal shaft furnaces. The main aspects of his work were the digitization of industrial furnaces and the utilization of alternative fuels to reduce CO2 emissions during quicklime production.
Academic education
Mr. Schrader studied mechanical engineering at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences and completed his studies in February 2020, earning the academic degree Master of Science.
