Lisa Pusch

Forschungstätigkeit / Research activities:

Seit Januar 2024 ist Lisa Pusch als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Lehrgebiet Bauphysik und Technischer Ausbau bei Prof.'in Dr.-Ing. Susanne Schwickert tätig. Sie forscht im EU-Verbundprojekt „CirQuality OWL plus: Zirkuläre Transformation in OWL gestalten – sektorübergreifende Allianzen befähigen die Akteure in OWL für Transformationsprozesse“, das gemeinsam mit 11 Partnern aus der Region Ostwestfalen-Lippe für drei Jahre gefördert ist. Besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der zirkulären Transformation des Bausektors mit der Anwendung zirkulärer Bewertungsmethoden, der Modellierung neuer Prozesse im Kreislauf und der Entwicklung zirkulärer Angebote für die Zukunft der Lehre.

Since January 2024, Lisa Pusch has been working as a research assistant in the Building Physics and Technical Development department with Prof. Dr Susanne Schwickert. She is conducting research in the EU joint project "CirQuality OWL plus: Shaping circular transformation in OWL - cross-sector alliances empower stakeholders in OWL for transformation processes", which is funded for three years together with 11 partners from the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region. A particular focus is on the circular transformation of the construction sector with the application of circular evaluation methods, the modelling of new processes in the cycle and the development of circular offers for the future of teaching.

Berufstätigkeit / Employment:

Nach Ihrem Studium war Lisa Pusch als Projektmanagerin im Messebau und in freiberuflicher Tätigkeit im Bereich Innenarchitektur und Kommunikationsdesign in Düsseldorf und Paderborn tätig. Nach einem Lehrauftrag für Humanwissenschaften an der Detmolder Schule der TH OWL, war sie von 2021-2023 Projektleitung vom Modellvorhaben „RE-BUILD-OWL: Digitalisierungskompetenz für zirkuläres Bauen in Ostwestfalen-Lippe“. Dort war sie für die Konzeption und Entwicklung der kommunalen, digitalen Innovations- und Transferplattform zuständig und koordiniert das Projektteam, die Erreichung der Meilensteine sowie die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.

After completing her studies, Lisa Pusch worked as a project manager in trade fair construction and as a freelancer in the field of interior architecture and communication design in Düsseldorf and Paderborn. After a teaching assignment for human sciences at the Detmold School of the TH OWL, she was a project manager of the pilot project "RE-BUILD-OWL: Digitisation competence for circular building in Ostwestfalen-Lippe" from 2021-2023. There she was responsible for the conception and development of the municipal, digital innovation and transfer platform and coordinated the project team, the achievement of milestones as well as press and public relations work.

Akademische Ausbildung / Academic education:

Lisa Pusch studierte Innenarchitektur (B.A.) an der Detmolder Schule für Architektur und Innenarchitektur der TH OWL sowie an der Kunsthochschule Oslo (KHIO). An der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und an der University at Buffalo absolvierte sie ihre Double Degree Master Studies in International MediaArchitecture (M.Sc. MediaArchitecture / M.S. Architecture).
Ihre Master-Thesis „My Memory is not Your Memory” wurde als Teil der Ausstellung Bauhaus-Essentials „Tutti Frutti“, Kulturfabrik Apolda gezeigt und mit dem Bauhaus-Abschlussstipendium prämiert.

Lisa Pusch studied Interior Design (B.A.) at the Detmold School of Architecture and Interior Design of the TH OWL and at the Oslo University of the Arts (KHIO). She completed her Double Degree Master Studies in International MediaArchitecture (M.Sc. MediaArchitecture / M.S. Architecture) at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and the University at Buffalo.
Her Master's thesis "My Memory is not Your Memory" was shown as part of the exhibition Bauhaus-Essentials "Tutti Frutti", Kulturfabrik Apolda and was awarded the Bauhaus Graduation Scholarship.
