Work 4.0 quo vadis? How digitisation is changing the world of work

Digitisation is already changing the way we work. While new technologies and their potentials receive a lot of attention, this question is often left out: what does this do to people? Work 4.0 goes far beyond the use of digital assistance systems. The lecture gives an insight into how digital technologies serve as the basis for extensive social innovations in the world of work.

About the speaker:

Malte Mayer deals with the current challenges of digital technologies at the interface to employees and corporate culture. As head of the project "Work 4.0 - Solutions for the Future Work Environment", he has extensive insight into the practice of companies in OWL. He studied sociology and philosophy in Bielefeld and Amsterdam
