Timo Roesler

Research focus

Timo Roesler is working as a project engineer for the field of direct current technology in the “MZL Mobilitätszentrum UrbanLand” project. He is supporting the new research building from planning to implementation and is involved in developing the usage concept with research projects, infrastructure requirements and the security concept for the applications.

Professional career

During his bachelor's studies, Timo Roesler was already employed as an assistant in the "DC-INDUSTIES" project. From 2019, he will be working in the follow-up project "DC-INDUSTRIE 2" as a research assistant at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences (TH OWL). From 2021, he will be working in the "MONOCAB OWL" project, with the energy supply of the vehicles being the main field of activity. Since the beginning of 2024, Mr. Roesler has been working on the "MZL Mobility Center UrbanLand" project.

Academic education

Timo Roesler completed a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the TH OWL, which he successfully completed in 2018. The master's degree in mechatronic systems, also at the TH OWL, followed in 2021.
